You don't have to be good with computers.

Say what you need,
in your own words.

The missed deliveries, the pile of paper, the notebook that never adds up. Tell Tomanai about the part of your day that keeps going wrong — a few days later, that part simply works. And it stays working, because keeping it that way is our job, not yours.

Tomanai is the same service for everyone — you ask, skilled hands build, and you say “that's right” before it counts. See the full product →
Maria runs a flower shop. This is everything she did.
Maria · Tuesday morning
I keep my orders in a notebook, and twice last month I missed a delivery. I’d like to write orders somewhere that reminds me the day before each delivery is due.
Tomanai · ten minutes later
Happy to. Two quick questions: should the reminder come as a text message or an email? And do you want your daughter to be able to see the orders too?
Text message. And yes, Sofia should see everything.
Tomanai · Thursday
Your order book is ready. Here’s the link — it works on your phone and the shop computer. Sofia has her own sign-in. Try it with a real order; if anything feels off, just tell us.
No manuals. No settings. Maria never saw anything more complicated than what you just read.

You wouldn’t build your own kitchen cabinets.
You’d tell a carpenter what you want.

Tomanai works the same way for the fiddly parts of your day — the order book, the reminders, the keeping-track. You explain what’s bothering you, and skilled hands quietly take that part over. If things change later, the same hands adjust. That’s the whole idea.

The whole thing, in three steps

1
Tell us what’s bothering you
In plain words, like you’d tell a friend. “I keep losing track of…” is a perfectly good start.
2
Answer a couple of questions
We ask, you answer. Questions like “text or email?” — never questions about technology.
3
Get on with your day
A few days later, you get it to try. Say “that's right” and the worry is gone. If life changes next month, tell us again — adjusting things is included, always.

Three things you never
have to worry about

There’s nothing to learn
No course, no manual, nothing to figure out. Everything is shaped around how you already work — you keep doing things your way, minus the annoying part.
You can’t break it
Press anything. Nothing you can do will damage it — and if something ever does go wrong, fixing it is our job, not yours.
You’re never stuck alone
Confused about anything? Ask, the same way you asked for the tool. A plain answer comes back.

Fair questions

Who actually does the work?
A workshop of AI craftspeople who check each other’s work, with real people watching over it all. What reaches you has been tested and cared for — you’ll notice the care, never the machinery.
Is my information safe?
Your information belongs to you, stays private, and is backed up every day. If you ever leave, we hand everything back in a form you can keep.
What does it cost?
One flat monthly price for each worry we take off your hands — like a phone bill, not like hiring a company. The price is agreed before anything starts, and repairs never cost extra.
What if I explain it badly?
You can’t. Explaining things halfway is normal — that’s why we ask questions. Maria’s first message didn’t mention Sofia at all, and it worked out fine.

What’s the thing that keeps slipping through the cracks?

A few sentences, like Maria’s. We’ll take it from there.
