The Tomanai founding team ("Tomanai," "we," "us") operates tomanai.com. This policy explains what information we collect through the website, why we collect it, how we store it, and the choices you have. It applies only to this website.
The short version
We collect only what you voluntarily submit through our "Request a demo" form — your name, email, company, team size, and an optional description of what you'd like to hand off. We use it to respond to your request and follow up about Tomanai. We don't sell your data, we don't run advertising trackers on this site, and we don't use cookies. You can ask to see, correct, or delete your data at any time by emailing support@tomanai.com.
What we collect
When you submit the "Request a demo" form, we collect the information you enter:
- Name — so we know how to address you.
- Email address — so we can reply and send a confirmation.
- Company and team size — to tailor the demo.
- What you'd hand off first (optional) — context for the conversation.
We also log limited technical data automatically when you submit the form: the date and time, the page you submitted from, and your IP address (used for security and rate-limiting). We do not use analytics, advertising pixels, or third-party tracking on this site, and we do not collect information from anyone who does not submit the form.
How and why we use your information
We use the information you submit to:
- Respond to your demo request and follow up about Tomanai;
- Send you a one-time confirmation that we received your request;
- Protect the form from abuse (for example, rate-limiting by IP).
We rely on your consent — given when you submit the form — and our legitimate interest in responding to your request and following up about our product. We do not use your information for automated decision-making or profiling.
Where your data is stored
Your submission is stored in a database hosted on Amazon Web Services (AWS) in the United States (us-west-2 region) and may be sent by email, via Amazon SES, to our team inbox at leads@tomanai.com. AWS is our only service provider involved in processing form submissions. We do not share your data with any other third party, and we never sell it.
How long we keep it
We retain your submission for as long as is necessary to respond to your request and for reasonable follow-up about Tomanai, unless you ask us to delete it sooner. You can request deletion at any time (see "Your rights" below).
Cookies and tracking
This website does not use cookies or similar tracking technologies, and does not run analytics or advertising scripts. If that changes, we will update this policy and, where required, ask for your consent before enabling any tracking.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access the data we hold about you, correct it, delete it, receive a copy of it, or object to its processing. You also have the right to withdraw consent at any time. To exercise any of these rights, email us at support@tomanai.com. International users
Tomanai is a U.S. company and processes form submissions in the United States. If you submit the form from outside the U.S., your information is transferred to the U.S. for the purposes described above.
