FOR TEAMS RUNNING ON SPREADSHEETS

No-code tools still make you the builder.

Tomanai just asks what you need.

With no-code, you learn the platform, drag the forms, wire the workflows — and maintain all of it forever. With Tomanai, you describe the tool you need in plain words. A team of AI agents builds it as real software, shows you before it goes live, and keeps changing it as your work changes.

Same product as the Tomanai homepage — request, watch, accept — aimed at the tools your team runs on.
THE ENTIRE REQUEST
“We track equipment loans in three spreadsheets. We need one place where staff register a loan, everyone gets a reminder before the return date, and managers see monthly usage per department.”

That paragraph on the left is the whole “build process.” No tutorial, no template gallery, no workflow editor.
THE HONEST COMPARISON

“No-code” never meant “no work.” It meant the work moved to you.

BUILDING IT IN A NO-CODE TOOL
01Learn the platform — its forms, its “apps,” its vocabulary
02Drag fields, configure views, wire notification rules
03Hit the platform ceiling — buy a plugin, or call a partner firm
04Become the go-to admin. Forever. It breaks when you’re on leave
05Watch the per-user fee grow with every teammate you add
ASKING TOMANAI
01Write down what your team needs, in your own words
02Answer a few clarifying questions the team sends back
03Try the working software and accept it — built custom, so there's no ceiling
04Want a change? Send another sentence. Fixes and additions included
NOBODY ON YOUR TEAM BECOMES “THE ADMIN”
NOT EVEN NO-CODE

You don’t write the code.
But the code gets written.

No-code tools avoid code by making everything a pre-built block — and your needs have to fit the blocks. Tomanai goes the other way: an AI development team writes real, tested software to fit your needs exactly. That’s why there’s no plugin store, no per-user pricing tier, and no “sorry, the platform can’t do that.”

It’s yours, not a subscription hostage
Your data exports any time. The software runs under your own domain. Leave whenever — nothing is trapped in a platform.
Whole team included
Flat pricing per tool, not per person. Adding your 40th user costs the same as your 4th: nothing.
Maintained like a product, because it is one
Every tool ships with tests, backups, and monitoring. When something breaks at 3am, the team fixes it — you find a report in the morning, not a down tool.
CHANGES WORK THE SAME WAY

The tool changes when your work does — one sentence at a time

MON 14:02 · YOU
“Add a department field, and don’t allow a return without a photo of the equipment.”
MON 14:15 · TOMANAI
“Should the photo be required for accessories too, or only for the main item? Existing open loans — keep them photo-optional?”
TUE 09:30 · LIVE
Both changes live, after your OK. Old loans grandfathered in, as you answered. Nobody opened a settings screen.
“We tried a no-code platform for two months and I became its full-time babysitter. With Tomanai I wrote four paragraphs, total. We now run three tools on it and I’ve never seen a settings page.”

Frequently asked

How is this different from a no-code tool?
No-code hands you the tools to build. Tomanai takes on the building itself. You describe what you need in words — design, construction, and maintenance are the AI dev team’s job.
Do I really not have to learn anything?
Only the finished tool — and since it’s built around your work, switching from Excel rarely feels confusing. The “how to build” learning curve is zero.
Can we migrate from our current Excel or tools?
Yes. Hand over your Excel files or the export from your current tool. We fold the data import into the first request — you don’t run the migration yourself.
What if I can’t put my request into words?
“We have three Excels and we struggle with this every month” is enough. The dev team writes back with questions to fill in the gaps. A clean spec is something we produce, not something you write.

Don’t learn a builder.
Describe the tool you need.

A few sentences is enough. If it isn’t, the team will ask.
